Amazing improvement
I've had balance problems for a while, and as a senior citizen, I am aware of the danger of falls. I've tried a number of ways to improve my stability, to no avail, until I purchase the balance board. It's taken a while to master it but now I am much more secure aand steady in my steps.

Great thing for the at home office
This is great to use while you're working, checking your email, or browse online. This allows me to get a small workout in while trying to get some work done. Great for gift ideas. I would recommend to a friend.
