Wow. I love that this has no battery. just charge it and the light works great. this is portable and very handy. I am able to put it on top of whatever I need to read and I can see the words.

Perfect for Seniors With Challenging Eyesight
My husband has been losing his eyesight more every year. Everything doctors can do has been done. He loves to read and this magnifier lets him. It has been wonderful for his mental attitude and no more squinting.

The Page Magnifier has an evenly lit viewing area, and consumes 60% less power! The device has a rechargeable battery, and is easy to hold with my right hand, particularly for reading very small print!

Portable lighted magnifier
Cheaply made. A handheld magnifier I purchased from an office supplies store works a lot better and costs only a fraction of the price of this sharper image portable lighted magnifier.
