It's a birthday gift! And his birthday isn't until December

This is terrible
On a full charge, it runs for about 20 seconds then dies. I've tried it in hot and cooler temps and same result. It's worthless. I could carry a toothbrush with the same result. Waste of money but I got it as a Christmas gift so can't do anything about returning for refund.
