From dark to light ....
This is the first time I actually ever wrote a review for a product, because I feel it is important. Every year, I watched my mother's mood swing downward starting in fall. I'd watch her perk up in Spring, and I wondered if one of these things would help. OMG! It is amazing. Her mood went from dark to light from the first session on! So, if you know someone like my mom, don't hesitate!!! As for the light itself, it has a clean sleek design. It adjusts with tilting and different panels. It is light weight and has a convenient size. In short, I would definitely buy it again. In fact, had I known how powerful it could be, I would have bought it ten years ago.
