Back pain relief
So much better than an inversion table, the amount of stretch you get with this machine is amazing! I have finally been able to rid of my chronic lower back pain using this physical therapy machine only a few times! It has provided relief that not even massages by human hands have been able to relieve. So glad I splurged and made this purchase. It's been so worth it.

It works!
The first home contraption I've found that will stretch the entire spine by pulling both ends. I gave away my inversion table after using this twice and getting amazing results. I need this for my hips, neck and upper back. I don't use the armpit things; I shove them aside. Attach head and feet and crank away. Heaven. The head contraption slips off the back of my head if I don't keep pressure there with my hand, but that's my only complaint. And I think I'm taller. Lol. I keep needing to adjust it for a taller person to get a good pull.

Not helpful
If you are already in great shape this may help you. For senior citizens, it's pretty worthless. If your back hurts, getting down on the floor and belted in is impossible.
